A 25% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. This deposit is fully refundable up to seven days before your scheduled services.

Prior to your appointment, a service contract will be prepared, detailing the agreed-upon services. Please be aware that any last-minute changes to the services may incur additional fees.

Our services are exclusively provided within our salon premises. We do not offer on-site services at venues or residences.

We are pleased to accommodate early appointments before our regular opening hours. Please note that each service conducted outside of our operational hours will be subject to a $75 early-bird fee.

We ask that brides, bridesmaids, and guests come with their hair pre-washed and dried for styling appointments. If preferable to have a wash & blowdry at the salon, please let the wedding coordinator know during the time of booking. Additional fees will apply for a wash & blowdry service.

If bringing clip-in hair extensions to be installed, please let the wedding coordinator know during the time of booking to ensure enough time is allocated.

All prices listed are exclusive of HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), which will be added to the total amount.
