Appointments and Cancellation Policies

Treatment times and services you select are reserved especially for you. To respect our service provider’s time, a 24hr cancellation notice is required or a cancellation fee ($20 for Haircuts, $50 for Colour Services) will be imposed. Hair Republic reserves the right to cancel any non-confirmed appointments at any time. If you have not shown up for an appointment, future bookings may be secured with a deposit.

Check-in Procedure

To provide you with maximum benefit and enjoyment from your treatments, please arrive 15 minutes early. Your punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your scheduled treatment if you arrive late.

Service Prices

Everyone’s hair is unique. Service prices will vary depending on the length and complexity of your hair as well as the amount of product and time required to meet your desired expectations.

Student Discounts

If you are currently enrolled as a full- or part-time student, enjoy a generous 20% discount on cutting and/or coloring services every Tuesday when you show your valid student ID at check-out. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotions and excludes service add-ons, Keratin/Botox treatments, and Hair Extensions.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service results within 14 days of your appointment, please email or call us to schedule an adjustment. Please note that refunds are not available for services provided.

Bang Trim/Clean Up Appointments

Hair Republic Beauty Lounge offers one (1) complimentary bang trim or clean-up service between cuts. Subsequent bang trim/clean up services will be subject to a fee.

Retail Product Guarantee

Hair Republic stands by all our hair and skin care lines and we aim to recommend the best product for your needs. We do not offer refunds on products. Unused or lightly used products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. Defective products or hair tools may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash.

We do not have a tipping option on the terminal. Gratuities may be made in cash to individual team members.
