Appointments and Cancellation Policies
Treatment times and services you select are reserved especially for you. A 24hr cancellation notice (48hr for spa packages) is required or a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed. Hair Republic Beauty Lounge reserves the right to cancel any non-confirmed appointments at any time.
If you have not shown up for an appointment, future bookings will be secured with a credit card.
Check-in Procedure
We request that you arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early to check you in for your treatment. Your punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your scheduled treatment if you arrive late.
Retail Product
Hair Republic Beauty Lounge stands behind all our hair and skin care products, however there are NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS. Lightly or unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. Defective products or hair tools may be returned for full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt.
Service Redo Policy
We offer 100% guarantee on all our services, however there are NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES. You may receive a complimentary redo appointment at any time within the first two (2) weeks for most services. Manicures and pedicures are subject to redo within one (1) week of service. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Due to the delicate nature and required home-care of professional salon-grade colour, hair extensions, and lash extensions, these services are guaranteed for 48 hours after leaving Hair Republic Beauty Lounge.
