Key Responsibilities:

As a Creative Senior Hair Stylist, you’ll be at the forefront of our salon’s success. Your role includes:

• Providing exceptional client experiences with client-facing skills that create lasting impressions.
• Exercising leadership abilities to guide and mentor stylists with less experience, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Utilizing your analytic skills to stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
• Showcasing your exceptional technical skills in cutting, styling, highlights, balayage, ombre, full-head colors, blow-dries, perms, scalp massages, and making hair treatment recommendations for various scalp conditions.
• Prioritizing guest satisfaction and retention, ensuring every client leaves our salon feeling fantastic.
• Collaborating as a team player, supporting your colleagues and contributing to our vibrant salon atmosphere.
• Maintaining a keen eye for detail in every aspect of your work.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must bring:

• A minimum of five (5)+ years of experience as a hairstylist, demonstrating your expertise and mastery of the craft.
• Strong leadership skills that empower you to provide guidance and mentorship to junior stylists.
• Excellent communication skills for accurate client consultations, ensuring their desires are understood and fulfilled.
• Proficiency in a wide range of technical areas, including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized treatments.
• A guest-centric mindset, dedicated to creating exceptional experiences that keep clients coming back.
• A collaborative spirit, fostering teamwork and camaraderie within our salon.
• Availability from Tuesday to Saturday to accommodate our diverse clientele.
